Sarah Herstich is a licensed clinical social worker, group practice owner, trauma and eating disorder therapist and a mom of 2 human babies and 1 fur baby. Sarah is passionate about supporting people to reclaim their lives from the impact of trauma, disordered eating and body-shame.
